Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Autobody Aesthetics (www.autobodyaesthetics.co.uk). These Terms and Conditions govern the mobile vehicle repair services provided by us to you. By booking an appointment or accepting a quote, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Deposits

To secure a booking date and time, a deposit will be required at the time of booking.

All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable unless agreed by us. This deposit covers administrative costs and the allocation of a dedicated time slot in our mobile workshop schedule.

2. Rearranging and Cancellations

We understand that plans change. However, as a mobile service, our schedule is vital to our operations.

The customer may only rearrange a confirmed repair date once, provided that at least 48 hours' notice is given prior to the scheduled appointment time.

If a customer attempts to rearrange a booking a second time, or fails to provide 48 hours' notice, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a future date.

3. Payment Terms

Standard Bookings: Full payment is due immediately on the day of the repair, upon completion. We accept payment by  Cash, Debit/Credit card or our online payment system.

Third-Party Payments: If a third party (such as an insurance company, a relative, a company fleet manager, or another motorist who caused the damage) is responsible for paying for the repairs to your vehicle, we require full payment upfront before we undertake any repair work. We will not begin work or liaise with third parties for post-work billing.

4. Customer Obligations & Working Environment

As a mobile service, the customer must provide a safe, legal, and suitable workspace for our technicians to carry out the repairs (e.g., a private driveway or secure off-street parking).

We require access to a reliable power supply (where applicable) and sufficient clearance around the vehicle.

If a technician arrives and deems the location unsafe, illegal, or unsuitable to achieve a high-end finish (due to extreme weather conditions without shelter, dangerous roadside positioning, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule.

5. Estimates and Quotes

All digital estimates provided via WhatsApp or our online portal are based on the photographs and descriptions provided by the customer.

While we strive for 100% accuracy, we reserve the right to amend the final quote upon a physical, close-up inspection of the vehicle if the damage is found to be significantly more extensive than initially visible in the photos.

6. Warranty & Complaints

We take immense pride in our 5-star workmanship and provide a peace-of-mind warranty on our cosmetic bodywork repairs, subject to proper vehicle care.

Our warranty does not cover subsequent damage caused by stone chips, deep scratches inflicted after our visit, harsh chemical cleaning, or accident damage.

Any complaints or issues regarding the quality of the repair must be reported to Autobody Aesthetics within 7 days of completion.
